AUCTION CLOSING DATE: Auction Closes August 31st 6:30 pm eastern time.
INSPECTION: Auction Inspection Dates are The week of auction starting July 25 to 29th from 9am-5pm , and Saturday from 9am-Noon.
REMOVAL: Auction Removal Dates are August 1st to 5th from 9am-5pm and Saturday August 7th from 9am-noon. . NO PICK-UPS will be held after the Removal Date shown for each auction – NO EXCEPTIONS. Contact us before bidding if you would like special arrangements approved, you MUST email firstname.lastname@example.org and arrange pick up otherwise. You will not be permitted to pick-up before the scheduled removal day without having made prior arrangements. If you do not pick-up by the end of the assigned Removal Date, your items will be subject to disposal or resale.
Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid email receipt. Please insure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location; no items will be released without a paid email receipt.
In the event an item is not available for pickup (missing or lost), you must notify our onsite staff and file a claim by replying to your original emailed invoice noting what was not available within 24 hours of the pickup date. After 24 hours, All Around Auctions at their discretion has the right to refund you for actual bid price paid and no more.
SHIPPING: Shipping is available on some items; We off SMALL PACKAGE and PALLET FREIGHT SHIPPING.
- SMALL PACKAGE - We charge $15/small box to package as many items into one box that would be undersized for fedex under 150lbs. That cover cost of box and labor to package up items. Actual cost of shipping with insurance will also be due when shipping is booked with your same charge card on file. (example: if you purchased 35 small items that all fit into 2 boxes, it would be $30 so far, plus actual shipping cost FedEx charges ON TOP of the $30.
-PALLET FREIGHT SHIPPING- This is needed for any items over 150lbs, or if you have lots of small boxes, it is typically cheaper to ship them on one pallet as apposed to individually. Our fee is $50 to pallet an item, that includes the pallet and wrapping needed to secure load. You will then be responsible for actual freight cost the carrier charges. After palleted, one of our associates will call you with carrier options. Cheapest ways to freight are , that we can ship to a local hub that can accept pallet for you, or a business that has fork lift to unload. At Additional cost, we can ship to residence, and/or send a lift gate truck if not fork lift on hand to unload.
LOCATION: This auction is at our headquarters at 700 Liverpool Drive Unit A, Valley City OH 44280. **ALL AUCTIONS ON ALLAROUNDAUCTIONS.COM ARE ONLINE ONLY AUCTIONS, PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS DURING THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL TIMES.**You are agreeing that NO refunds or charge-backs will be granted due to a lack of removal during designated times. Any items that have not been picked up by the end of the scheduled removal day will be considered abandoned and you will be charged a removal fee for disposal of your items.
PRE-AUTHORIZATION: A $1.00 pre-authorization amount will be applied to your auction for each auction you bid in. This charge is a pending-only charge meant to verify your credit card on file and will drop off once the auction has ended. It will not post permanently to your account. If you feel this charge was mistakenly posted to your account, you must provide a bank statement showing that the charge was POSTED (not pending) to your account.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 18% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you bid $100.00 at check out, you will be charged $118.00 total plus tax if applicable. If you are buying Tax exempt, we need your tax id number form on file before bidding.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa and MasterCard. Credit cards on file will be charged at the end of the auction. You must have an available balance on your credit card for your online purchases. At the conclusion of the auction you will be sent an email with a total for the items you won.
BIDDING ERRORS: Please be aware that many bidders routinely increase their own bid to price an item out of reach of other bidders. You should immediately review your bids once submitted. If you put in a bid in error, or make a typo you must immediately contact our office by email using the contact sheet on our website (we must have your request in writing). We will not reverse bids after the auction has closed, no exceptions.
STAGGERED CLOSING: The online auction closes 5 items per minute. This feature will close the bidding on intervals. This feature works great with the auto-extend feature to closely emulate a 'live' auction.
DYNAMIC CLOSING: The closing time of an asset is automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of the asset's closing time. This will give you time to bid again if you computer locks up, or some delay happens. We do encourage to put in your Maximum proxy bid to avoid potential issue like internet connection, phone service or battery issues from happening while bidding. Your max bid will bid for you at only one increment higher that prior bid. No one can see your max price.
BID NOTIFICATION: If you have been outbid you will be notified by email ONLY UNTIL the last day of the auction; starting at midnight EST the night before the ending of the auction, notices are not sent. To quickly review your bids and see if you have won, you can utilize the 'review bids' feature. Items that you have been outbid on will be clearly marked.
WINNING BIDDER NOTIFICATION: You will be contacted by email ONLY so please be sure to check the email you entered upon Registration. If you feel you won an item and have not received an email, you must notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 9am the next day. If you do not receive a paid email invoice then you did not win any items at the online auction.
SALES TAX: Sales tax will be collected.
IMPORTANT TAX EXEMPT STATUS: If you are tax exempt, prior to the conclusion of the online auction you must download and email a copy of the appropriate state tax exempt form to email@example.com . If you have any questions, call 440-467-1011 or email firstname.lastname@example.org ; you must include your bidder number and the closing date of the auction. Forms without this information will not be accepted and you will have to apply to the State for a refund.
CAUTION: For demonstration purposes, various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions carefully before bidding.
CATALOG INACCURACIES: You are bidding on the described item, not the photo; occasionally the wrong photo is displayed. Always read the item description before bidding.Any items marked open box may have history of being used, opened in store or any other scenarios no how it got back to store and to us as opened. If any item is missing at time of pick up, All Around Auctions is only liable for refund of purchase price.
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "AS IS,” with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied by the lot number affixed to the item. This sale is to the business community as "equipment" & "inventory" without any implied or expressed warranty. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. You are bidding on the described item, not the photo.
ABANDONED ITEMS POLICY Bidders are responsible for their own removal. Any item NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid email receipt. Please insure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location; no items will be released with a paid email receipt.
IMPORTANT! All Around Auctions will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchaser, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items.
CHOOSE WISELY: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. We recommend viewing in person on all items, especially ones not marked New Unopened Box.
All Around Auctions reserves the right to the following: Add or Remove items from the Auction, Split or Combine lots, add Minimum Bids or Reserve Prices, Cancel, Suspend, Extend or Reschedule an individual Item and/or Auction Event, and make changes to the Auction Closing, Inspection, or Removal times.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgments upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Venue will be Lorain County, Ohio.
LIABILITY: All Around Auctions and Sellers liability shall be limited to the refund of bidder’s purchase price.
LIMITATIONS: The above-stated Conditions of Sale cannot be altered except in writing by All Around Auctions.
